Like Rotary clubs nationally and internationally we seek to raise funds to support charities such as Cancer Research UK and many others through our activities. Our Club was founded in 1975 by professional and business people living or working in the Weald of Kent between Ashford, Maidstone, and Tenterden.
This delightful and open countryside includes the Ashford-Maidstone section of the North Downs and the Weald of Kent. Our membership is wide-ranging – members reflect the local economy and community. Our aims and objectives are simple:- to help and support people at local level, national and international levels, while enjoying ourselves in social events and activities within our club and the wider world of Rotary.
