2. Receive the treasurer’s report and proposed budget and determining the entrance fee for the 2025/26 Rotary year.

5. Confirm the appointment of club function leads.
6. Appoint a person or persons to examine the club’s annual accounts.
7. Elect one representatives of the club on the district council
