We don’t want walkers getting lost on the North Downs Walk, or while they are trying to find Harrietsham Village Hall and the car park first thing in the morning. We also need to warn traffic at the points where the route crosses roads and give other advice to walkers. All of this means that we put up a lot of signage (directions and warnings) in the early morning of 11 June.
Planning for the Walk is well advanced. This afternoon, Duncan and Chas have been sorting out the signage, so that we will be all ready to go on the Walk day.
